Hours of Operation
JL Tree Service Inc is a 24 Hour Emergency Service company. Salesmen & Tree Crews are expected to be available at any time, especially during a storm. The Office is open from Monday – Friday, 9AM – 5 PM. The Office is Closed Sat & Sun. Customers can get ahold of the dispatcher anytime 24 hours a day by calling the office and pressing 8 for emergencies, a sales estimators are always available for emergencies.

Each employee will have a performance review once a year. New employees will have one at the 90 mark, and another one later that year.
New Employee Orientation
Each employee goes through a new employee orientation. After an employee fills out an application, references are checked, drug & alcohol tests are performed, the interview is completed, and they are hired they are required to go through a informal orientation. Especially the field employees starting on a tree crew. The new employee goes through a orientation and safety talk with the company’s Certified Treecare Safety Professional.
Safety is our number one priority at JL Tree Service Inc. We have safety meetings every week and ensure that we uphold our safety first attitude and safety culture.
